A Roaring Good Time at the Homestead Model Opening

Sunshine, music and a few prehistoric guests made the Homestead Model Opening one for the books!

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate the model opening of Homestead by Beazer Homes—it was a big day! We loved seeing the kids come face-to-face with a live dino encounter, little artists get busy at the coloring tables, visitors enjoy food and dessert trucks and everyone groove to the upbeat live DJ.

Guests also had the chance to tour the beautifully designed Homestead models, showcasing floor plans ranging from 2,256 to 2,978 square feet. Built by Beazer Homes, each home highlights light-filled living spaces, thoughtful details and layouts designed for everyday living. Homeowners will also have easy access to the future Club on Main recreation center, where opportunities to connect and unwind are just moments from home.
